Anti Cheating and Fair Game Policy

Cheat Software

The use of the following programs is considered cheating: Multihacks, Wallhacks, Aimbots, Coloured Models, No-Recoil, No-Flash and Sound changes. These are only examples, other programs or methods may be considered cheats as well.

If these programs are detected during an event and or Tournament, the guilty player will be barred from the Ludeo Platform for a period defined by Ludeo LTD.

Only one account is allowed per household. Multiple registrations will be viewed as abuse and will automatically void all winnings and result in all accounts being closed.

Methods of Detecting Cheats

Ludeo LTD reserves the right to use different methods to inspect participants and their Data, with or without prior information.

Ludeo LTD reserves the right to authenticate Ludeo platform users with the use of Email Verification and or Sms verification and or any verification method the Ludeo LTD finds suitable, all subject to and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Actions & Sanctions

LUDEO LTD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY SUSPEND AND/OR CLOSE THE ACCOUNT OF ANY MEMBER WHO VIOLATES, OR WHOM Ludeo LTD REASONABLY BELIEVES MAY BE OR WILL BE VIOLATING, THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE, AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. IN THE CASE OF ANY OF THE MENTIONED ABOVE, USERS PRIZES FOR THESE PLAYERS ACCOUNTS WILL BE VOID.

Anti-Cheat

Players Must install anti cheat software as Ludeo LTD requires in order to play in events that include prizes.
